(Okay, I don't know what's wrong with this new dA submission system, but it deleted my description and tags...)

Illustrations for a project in my product and packaging class where we had to design wine labels. These are based off of the Greek myth of Alcyone and Ceyx, who were two lovers turned into Halcyon birds (Kingfishers). Every year there is a period of several days called "Halcyon Days," where the oceans are calm and Alcyone can lay her eggs.
